DLS Plastics specialises in solving problems for our customers. The company has been trading since 1973 and since then has been developing a range of plastic products that provide our customers with solutions be it product innovation, new products or improvements to business operations.
Our main product line is based around plastic injection moulding where we have developed excellence in the design of components, tool design and fabrication, moulding technology and the delivery of products on time. Our team of 20 people are dedicated to meeting our customers expectations however great a challenge that might be!
Our main customer base is in the manufacture of touring caravans, motorhomes and holiday homes. We have a range of over 500 products that we supply in a variety of colours and that perform specialist functions. Our waste water system is unique with an internal dimension of 28mm. The complete range of pipes and connectors offer customers a comprehensive and flexible water drainage system. We have a wide range of standard colours and can supply many products in a colour to match a particular location. Our fixings offer a flexible method for attaching thin plywood together and the covers disguise their location very effectively. You can see some of our products on the Products Page
These products have come about through a process of customer liaison and a flexible approach to the development of new product designs and toolmaking. In addition we are able to offer a very competitive and flexible approach to project setup costs, spreading tooling costs and compressing the time from product concept to delivery.
Direct Leisure Supplies Ltd. operates from a purpose built site near Grantham in the UK. We have CAD design, CNC milling and modern production machinery at our fingertips ready to meet the next challenge. Our warehouse dispatch staff are skilled in Kan Ban, Just In Time and general stock management. We have modern business systems and information technology.
