The majority of our lodges are built using 8inch solid, round logs ensuring excellent insulation values. Staying warm in winter and keep cool in summer, our lodges are suitable for year-round use.
Windmill Lodges can provide you with a beautiful log cabin for a whole variety of uses. From living accommodation, annexes and holiday lets to summerhouses, home offices and studios, our lodges provide a beautiful, natural environment for living, working, playing, or simply relaxing….. We are also able to provide Lodges for the public sector.
Windmill Lodges offer a wide range of standard designs, but are also able to undertake bespoke design, meaning you really can have the log cabin of your dreams…
Windmill Lodges manufacture the majority of our buildings using 200mm solid round logs, larger than those usually used by our competition, ensuring marvellous insulation properties.
Round log cabins require relatively little maintenance and will weather far better than some of the less solid designs on the market.
