Family park, beautiful location, bordering beach and forest. New clubhouse, restaurant, games room, play park. Tourers welcome. Hire fleet.
Just returned from Shell Bay Caravan Park, glad to be home.
Toilets are filthy and do not flush properly. One toilet/shower block only. Pitches for touring caravans are very, very small, with a free for all on parking cars.
Touring caravans and tents cover every square metre of the touring area which in my opinion needs upgrading if they are to continue to charge £23 per night for a electric hook up only.
Won't be back.
PS I think sitefinder are still awaiting photo because it resembles a council tip.
Just returned from Shell Bay after spending 3 days there.
Reception staff very helpful, the original pitch they gave to us was small and right next to the road (D23). Spoke to the reception and they gave us a new pitch without any bother.
Very windy had to put the awning away now I know why most people had storm straps !
Lovely site not that busy when we where there, great walks along the coastal path.
Toilets and shower area clean as was the dishwashing area.
There is a club house, restaurant and games room they looked nice, however can't comment on them as we did not use them. Also a children's play area.
Ideal place for touring the surrounding areas of Anstruther for the award winning Fish and Chip bar, Pittenween and St Monans lovely harbour areas.
The only negative I can say is that the pitches could be levelled out.
