The award winning caravan park is situated on the shores of the loch within Forfar Loch Country Park. The 5 acre flat grassy park is open from March to October and offers over 100 pitches for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents.
The caravan park is adjacent to a splendid children's play area, tennis courts, pitch & putt, crazy golf, football pitches and a leisure centre which offers an excellent range of indoor facilities including squash courts and a fully equipped fitness suite.
The excellent facilities have earned Lochside Caravan Park a 4-star rating from the Scottish Tourist Board and it took runner-up place in the prestigious 2001 VisitScotland Customer Care Awards. The park has first class toilet/shower facilities, baby bath, fully equipped laundry room and fully caters for the needs of disabled visitors.

Lochside Caravan Park is just a few minutes from the bustling county town Forfar in Angus.
It is situated on the shore of Forfar Loch, which is a nice place for a stroll. Keeping the family entertained will be a doddle here. There’s a children’s play area, tennis courts, pitch and putt, football pitches and a leisure centre which has squash courts and a fitness suite. The site is also just a short drive from Glamis Castle and the Angus coast. Washroom, washing-up and laundry facilities and a play area are all provided on site.
