The owner spoke to me like dirt because I made a complaint which states all over the site "any problems report to the warden" and the site there are a number of thing these are as follows: broken toilet window in the small gents toilet which was broken over two years ago to my knowledge, broken light in large gents toilet block which has been broken for a number of years too, no mops in any of the toilet blocks for the showers, lights take too long to come on in the toilets, people not using the one way system which is going to cause an accident, toilet roll holders that you can't get toilet roll out, no soap in small toilet block, the website is false advertising stating £1 a night for services but the site manager is charging £2 a night instead, lights not working at dishwashing sinks, all the showers have no pressure and access to the beach has been moved which makes it harder to get to. I know this is a lot to complain but you expect basic amenities on a caravan site and this site is not providing these. My gran and granddad have been coming to this site for over 15 years and the past two years the site has went downhill. The only reason we come to this site is the area and that we have family in Montrose.
