And recommends it for:
a couple, a tourer/motorhomer

When we arrived got shown to our pitch but the lady member of Woodclose Park would be glad when the touring season was over she did not appreciate all the comings and goings, of the tourers not a very nice welcome when we were a tourer! The facilities on site were clean nice touch for the ladies with the soap and hand lotion. showers could of done with being a little hotter they were aired.Washing up facilities were great, whilst we were on site the site had a power cut and the same lady member of Woodlose Park came to inform us that the power could be off until @ least 10.30pm not what we wanted to hear having just stocked the fridge and our little freezer up! her answer to that was you will have to keep the fridge door closed! fortunately when we returned from our walk the power was back on not sure how long the power cut had lasted for but all the notices were still up on the showers and laundry facilities that the power was still off. The hand dryers were ok for adults but not very child friendly! The other lady member of Woodlose Park that was in the shop was very friendly and interested where we were going on our walk for that day. The shop is well stocked but very pricey. I would come back to this site in low season, for the facilities you got it was reasonably priced. There is two points I would like to make you get NO signal on the TV you have to buy a long ariel cable from the shop for £6.00 and you can only have a shower between certain hours and wash up between certain hours.not mentioned in the brochure. A good dog walking area as we paid £1.00 per night we cleaned up after our dog and put it in the bins provided but wished other people on the site did the same they did not.
