Miles of footpath and some inspirational scenery make Durham’s Heritage Coastline ideal for walkers and cyclists. The Park itself is close to the Dene, famous in its hey day of the 30’s and enjoys a fantastic views along the coast.
On the Park enjoy a kick around on the all-weather sports court, splash around in the indoor swimming pool and Spa bath then enjoy a drink and a bite to eat in the Ocean Edge bar.

Had to laugh at the clip of the touring area, never seen so many gypsy's in my life, some had the dreaded windbreakers blocking off entire walkways so you had to detour your route to toilets/shops. Toilets are clean and you get a key for them but the doors were never shut properly. Im definately not a snob but hate seeing people walking around drinking beer especially with kids around. The rest of the park is immaculate, the statics are of very high standard. My only gripe is the touring area. Probably wont go again unless i have to
Everything was perfect.
Caravan beyond expectations.
The staff were friendly and very polite and helpfull.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Downside the railway but you soon get used to it.
Loved it.
Ladies shower block is particularly poor with a permanent pool of water to be waded through on entering and the shower stalls badly in need of upgrading. Grass area between pitches are rutted and full of holes - we needed to put down wooden blocks in order to get the van off. Very noisy at night until the early hours.
