Our Club Site at Thetford Forest is surrounded by natural history. Adjacent to the site, the forest is home to rare butterflies and plants, and you may spot red, roe or muntjac deer along with many species of birds.

My wife and I (and our two dogs) spent a long weekend at this site last summer. The surrounding countryside is very beautiful, with lots of forest walks to keep us busy.
Happily, whilst exploring part of the nearby Peddars Way walk, we happened upon a delightful little traditional country pub - The Dog & Partridge, in Wretham. Friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and the dogs were welcomed.
Next time we travel through this area, we are most certainly returning to this pub for dinners!
