Crofthead is one of Ayrshire's premier, four star parks offering a relaxing and peaceful ambience, surrounded by beautiful rural Ayrshire though only a mere two miles from Ayr town centre.The McCormack family ensure that 'family values' and a 'traditional caravanning' atmosphere are retained despite the remarkable upgrading the park has seen since they bought it in 2001.An extensive range of new and pre-owned holiday homes are available to view from £10,995 and finance is available on request.
All hire vans are 'top of the range' and "Thistle Awarded". Each holiday home is superbly equipped and along with one log cabin, they are all centrally heated and double glazed.
All touring pitches are fully serviced and all are hard standing.
There is a well serviced laundry and shop which is open seven days.
The recreation hall offers pool tables, Air hockey and many other games.

me my wife and grandson stayed at this campsite for 2 nights in our tourer caravan and i tell you what this place was first class the owners are top class very helpfull and the people in the camp were just brill

Before arrival at this site we telephoned to confirm, we were told about work being done to site but was ok to pitch there. On arrival we were met by the owner he showed us to our pitch then left us to get on with it (which was great) play park for the kids was great. The new toilets were stunning also. The park is at a great location not that far from the town. The owner could not have been any nicer to us and i would highly recomend this site. WE WILL BE BACK AND THIS SITE IS ON OUR FAVOURITES

I am delighted with the park and the owner, for he gives
100/% and much more, nothing is to much for him if you need help he will give it , the caravans in the park are second to none
I am more than delighted with the caravan that I am in
and the play parks for the children are a" god send "
can't praise the park enough it is all you need for a very nice week-end brake or holiday
