a single person, a camper

I loved my stay here! I went with my friend in may, to be more presise, 8th May 2009 til 10 May 2009. And i enjoyed my stay very much, it was full of fun things to do.

My friend and I went swimming twice, in the kids night club once, and we visted the arcade many times. The kids park was great fun too!

The only thing I wasn't impressed with was when a fight broke out in the park between these 3 boys, they was fighting and swearing in front of many young kids. I thought that there should be someone everywhere, all parks; e.g yellow park, green park red park etc, all kids & adult places. Like a watchman or security guard.

Other than that incident, it was GREAT!!! Thats pretty much all.

This is a busy, family-friendly site packed with facilities. Even so, it’s surprisingly easy to enjoy some peace and quiet.
Home Farm is just a quarter
of a mile from Junction 22 of the M5, so it’s easy to reach from the Midlands, South Wales or the South. Being so close to the motorway, the owners of the site are very security-conscious. You can’t get through the automatic barriers until you have registered with reception, after which your issue card will operate the entry and exit barriers.
It’s worth booking early if you prefer a hardstanding pitch, as most pitches are grass. However, pitches are level, and there’s enough space between them for you not to feel hemmed in, even
in high season.
You expect good facilities from this kind of large holiday park, and Home Farm doesn’t disappoint. Kids will enjoy the swimming pool and the adventure playground next door, and many will warm to the special entertainments and activities laid on for them. In the evening the site’s Country Club facilities come into their own, thanks to a licensed cabaret club and restaurant, and a programme of live entertainment.
Practicalities are taken care of by the on-site supermarket, which even sells caravan spares as well as the usual, bread, milk, groceries and newspapers. In fact, you could enjoy a week here without ever leaving the site!

This carefully laid-out site is just off the M5, but with easy access to the Somerset beaches of Brean and Burnham-on-Sea. There are four areas provided
for tourers, one of which is for long-stay or seasonal pitches, and another reserved for dog owners. The site is well signed and easy to find, and looks attractive as you approach the imposing entrance.
Being close to the motorway, the owners of this site are very security-conscious. You can’t get through the automatic barriers until you have registered at reception, after which your issue card will operate the entry and exit barriers.
You might have to book early if you want to secure a hardstanding pitch in high season, since most of the pitches are grass. However, all pitches are flat, and there is a spacious feel, even at busy times.
By the reception is an outdoor swimming pool, with a children’s adventure playground next to it. The site’s Country Club facilities are impressive, including a bar and restaurant, and a programme of live entertainment. Despite the fact that this is a large site that’s packed to the gunnels with facilities, it’s surprisingly easy to enjoy some well-earned peace and quiet.
