Just returned from our second holiday at Little Cotton both times we had the last two weeks of the season there. Dot and Paul are a fantastic couple very friendly and helpful. Last year we were new to caravanning and Paul was a great help. The site is very clean, toilet block and washing up areas spotless plus a nice little shop for your bits and bobs. Sainsbury’s and Lidl’s are a short walk away and open till late. Dartmouth’s park and ride is right next to the site plus lots to see and do nearby with nice little villages, towns, beaches and countryside too. Can’t wait for our return.

Wonderful : Just come back from running a week long caravan rally at this site. 56 vans on the rally field all with electric. Spotless site, Paul the site owner couldn't do enough for us, loves his ride on mower so the grass is well kept. Easy to find huge pitches best shower and toilet block I've been to should win an award. Excellent value park and ride next to the site £1 for adults 50p for kids and that covers all journeys within 24 hours. A lovely community hall down the road to hire if you decide to run a rally here. We'll definately be returning.

Fantastic site, very clean, arrived late and the owners waited for us and then showed us to our pitch was was very spacious. The showers and toilets were very clean. I could not fault this site is it one of the best I have stayed on and would return again. The area also has lots to offer and there is a park & ride just outside the site.
