"A peaceful haven near the Northumberland coast"

This is a great site if you want to spend time in and around Alnwick or if you plan to walk along Hadrian’s Wall. Another attraction is Embleton Bay, which has
a wide, golden and fairly uncrowded beach, not to mention great views of Dunstanborough Castle. Golfers staying on site will be pleased by the 10% discount they can get off fees at nearby Embleton’s 18-hole golf course. The village of Embleton, which is one mile from the site, has a shop, post office and petrol station. Buses to Berwick and Newcastle stop outside the site.
